Stained glass double doors were designed to close off an opening between the client's family room and home office.  She wanted something pretty to look at while she worked and be able to shut her office off from the rest of the home at the end of the day.  With not a lot of room for doors to swing into the family room, custom sliding stain glass entry doors were designed.  The stained glass doors slide in front of the wall when open with a matching red oak valance hiding the door mechanism. 

The stained glass doors were stained to match the existing trim and a premium gloss polyurethane was used.  The wisteria design stain glass door design in the features different colors and textures of purple glass and rippled brown glass in the vines.  A trellis is featured as part of the design.  The stained glass was done as complete mirror images with each light or dark piece of glass matching the other door.  The doors background clear glass has a heavy small bumpy texture to allow light to flow from one space to the other while maintaining privacy in the office space.

These stained glass double doors are also available as exterior entry doors.
