The contrast of mahogany and ebony create the perfect frame for the door panels inlayed with brass. The entry door was oversized in both width and height. Painted jambs and transom allow the door to take center stage in this Georgian Style home. The antique door handle was cleaned and polished with care to allow it to retain an antique look while brightening the highlights. Custom parts were made for the antique door handle. Ultra violet marine finish was applied to the exterior with a satin polyurethane finish on the interior completing the desired look for this home. |
